- 500 grams mixed Ground meat
- 1 shallot (finely chopped)
- 1 day-old White roll
- milk (for soaking)
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsps chopped parsley
- ½ tsp salt
- freshly ground peppers
- clarified butter
- 100 grams Whipped cream
- sauce thickener
- 3 tsps Horseradish (from a jar)
- salt
- white peppers
Preparation steps
1.
Heat butter in a saucepan and saute shallot until translucent. Soak bread in milk in a bowl. Drain bread and mix together with shallots and egg. Mix bread mixture together with ground meat and season with parsley, salt and pepper. With wet hands, form small balls and fry on all sides in a saucepan with heated butter until golden brown.

For the sauce, boil cream in a pot, bind with gravy to the desired consistency, stir in horseradish and season with salt and white pepper. Serve meatballs with the sauce.
