- 500 grams Turkey
- 100 grams Smoked bacon (lean)
- green and yellow paprika (1 each)
- 8 Apricot (fresh or dried)
- 1 Tbsp Curry powder
- vegetable oil
- salt
- freshly ground pepper
- 4 Skewers
- 500 milliliters Chicken broth
- 3 Tbsps Ketchup

Preparation steps

Cut the turkey meat into large, bite-sized pieces. Season with salt, pepper and curry powder. Cut the smoked bacon into strips. Rinse and trim the bell peppers, cut in half, remove the seeds and ribs and cut into rectangles.
Alternately, thread the pieces of meat, bacon, apricots and bell pepper onto skewers.
Heat some oil in a pan and fry the skewers on all sides. Deglaze with the broth and then season well with ketchup, curry powder, salt and pepper.

Place the lid on the pan and simmer over medium heat for about 20 minutes.
Season again before serving.
