- ¼ cup Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsps Mango chutney
- ½ tsp Curry powder
- ½ cup Arugula (washed and torn into bite-size pieces)
- 4 slices sandwich whole grain bread
- 4 ozs deli Turkey (sliced)
- 1 Granny Smith Apple (washed and thinly sliced)
Preparation steps
1.
In a small bowl combine mayonnaise, chutney, curry powder and arugula.
2.
Spread mixture on bread slices and top two of the slices with turkey and apple slices.
3.
Top with the remaining two bread slices and serve immediately.
