- 4 white Flour tortillas
- ½ round Lettuce (leaves separated)
- 2 ⅔ cups canned Tuna (drained)
- 4 Tbsps Mayonnaise
- 4 Tbsps plain Yogurt
- ½ lemon (juiced)

Preparation steps
1.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the tuna, mayonnaise, yoghurt and lemon juice with some seasoning until smooth.
2.
Lay the tortillas on a flat surface and distribute the tuna evenly on them, spreading it to the edges using a knife.
3.
Arrange some of the lettuce leaves on top and fold one end inwards towards the centre of the wrap. Roll the tortillas up like a cigar to form a wrap.
4.
Cut in half diagonally and arrange the halves balanced on one another before serving.
