- 1 yellow Bell pepper
- 1 green Bell pepper
- 150 grams fresh Tuna steak (ready to cook)
- 2 Tbsps Corn oil
- 1 Tbsp White vinegar
- salt
- white peppers (freshly ground)
- 75 milliliters dry white wine
- 75 milliliters Whipped cream
- 1 splash lemon juice
- Onion sprouts (for garnish)

Preparation steps

Rinse the bell peppers, cut in half, remove seeds and cut into thin strips, keeping colors separate. Rinse the tuna, pat dry, trim tendons and cut into small cubes. Mix yellow pepper strips with the oil and vinegar, season with salt and pepper and spread among 4 glasses. Heat white wine with the cream and froth with a milk frother.

Season the tuna with a dash of lemon, season with salt and pepper, and spread over the marinated yellow pepper strips. Garnish with green pepper strips, onion sprouts and white wine foam. Serve immediately.
