- 1 can Corn kernel (140 grams or approxmiately 5 ounces)
- 2 cans Tuna (in its own juice, 135 grams or approximately 5 ounces)
- 1 red Bell pepper
- 2 onions
- 2 Tbsps Mayonnaise
- 100 grams Greek Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 Ciabatta
- Beet Greens (for garnish)
Preparation steps
1.
Drain corn and tuna. Rinse, clean and finely chop bell pepper. Peel onions and cut into strips.

Mix mayonnaise and yogurt with corn, tuna, bell pepper and onions. Let stand about 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
3.
Cut ciabatta horizontally and fill with tuna mixture. Place other half on top and cut into small sandwiches. Garnish with beet greens.
