400 grams Rigatoni
1 garlic clove
200 grams Spinach
1 can Tuna (natural, 150 grams, drained)
4 Tbsps olive oil
100 grams Whipped cream
salt
freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

1.

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.

2.

Peel and finely chop the garlic.

3.

Rinse and trim the spinach and wilt in some boiling salted water. Drain well.

4.

Drain the tuna and break apart.

5.

Heat some olive oil in a pan and sauté the garlic. Add the spinach and cook briefly until the liquid has evaporated. Mix in the cream, season with salt and pepper and then stir in the tuna.

6.

Drain the pasta, collecting about 1/2 cup of pasta water. Mix the pasta into the tuna mixture, add the pasta water and season vigorously with pepper.

Transfer to plates and serve immediately.
