1 garlic clove
2 Tbsps olive oil
250 grams cream cheese
100 milliliters Whipped cream
300 grams Tuna (canned, in its own juice)

Preparation steps

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.

Rinse spinach, trim and spin dry. Peel garlic and chop finely. Sauté briefly in a skillet in hot olive oil. Add spinach and stir well, allowing liquid to evaporate. Stir in the cream cheese with the cream until smooth and thoroughly mixed with spinach. Adjust heat to keep sauce hot but do not allow it to boil. Stir in well-drained, flaked tuna, reheat and season with salt and pepper.

Add the drained pasta, mix well and adjust consistency as needed with a little pasta water. Place on plates and serve.
