80 grams butter
3 eggs
80 grams sugar
50 grams Pastry flour
40 grams coarsely chopped Macadamia Nuts
35 grams coarsely chopped Walnut
25 grams coarsely chopped Shelled pistachio
50 grams dark Chocolate biscuit

Preparation steps

1.

Coarsely chop the dark chocolate and melt with the butter in a double boiler or heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water. Remove from the heat. Whisk the eggs and sugar together until light and creamy. Slowly stir in the chocolate mixture and the flour. Mix until smooth. Fold in the chopped nuts and pour into a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Let stand for about 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F).

Bake for 35 minutes, until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely. Cut into squares and serve.
