500 grams Tortellini (Refrigerated)
½ bunch scallions
2 garlic cloves
250 grams button Mushroom
3 Tbsps olive oil
1 Tbsp Curry powder
150 milliliters dry white wine
200 grams Whipped cream
salt
freshly ground peppers
2 Tbsps lemon juice
Cress (in bowl)

Preparation steps

Cook tortellini in boiling salted water according to package directions until al dente and drain.

Rinse the scallions and cut the green parts into rings. Peel and chop the garlic. Rub clean the mushrooms with paper towels and coarsely chop.

Heat olive oil in a pan, then add scallions, garlic and curry (to taste). Sautée briefly, add mushrooms and cook, while stirring, for about 2 minutes. Pour in the wine, bring to a boil, add the whipping cream, season with salt and pepper and let simmer for about 3 minutes. Season with lemon juice and mix with the tortellini. Serve sprinkled with cress.
