- 200 grams Tortellini (such as with spinach and ricotta filling, refrigerated)
- ½ bunch scallions
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 600 grams crushed Tomatoes (canned)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 40 grams Parmesan (for garnish)
- Basil (for garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse scallions, trim and cut into thin rings. Peel garlic and chop. Heat olive oil in a pan, saute garlic and scallions until soft, add tomatoes and season with salt and pepper. Simmer for a few minutes. Meanwhile cook tortellini in a pot of boiling salted water according to package information.
2.
To serve, arrange tortellini and tomato sauce on plates and garnish with freshly grated Parmesan and basil.
