600 grams Tortellini (prepared, filled with cheese and spinach)

2 Zucchini
200 grams cooked ham (sliced)
4 scallions
200 grams Cherry tomatoes
2 Tbsps White vinegar
3 Tbsps Mayonnaise
50 grams sour Whipped cream
3 parsley
freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

1.

Cook tortellini in salted boiling water, according to package directions. Rinse, drain and transfer to a bowl. Mix with oil.

2.

Rinse, trim and halve zucchini lengthwise. Cut into slices. Cut ham into strips or cubes. Rinse, trim and thinly slice scallions crosswise. Rinse and halve cherry tomatoes.

3.

Mix vinegar, mayonnaise and sour cream. Rinse parsley, shake dry, and coarsely chop.

4.

Add all prepared salad ingredients to the bowl with pasta. Toss to combine and season with salt and pepper.
