- 8 Tomatoes
- 150 grams cream cheese
- 100 grams Quark
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 1 bunch Basil
- salt
- freshly ground Black pepper

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse and pat dry tomatoes, cut off lids and scoop out pulp. Drain on paper towels with the opening facing down.
2.
Whisk cream cheese with lemon juice and quark. Crush basil leaves in a mortar finely and add to cheese mixture, season with salt and pepper. Stuff tomatoes with the mixture and replace the lids. Arrange tomatoes on plates, sprinkle with Parmesan and serve garnished with basil and pine nuts.
