- 12 red Cherry tomatoes
- 12 yellow Cherry tomatoes
- 14 ozs cream cheese
- 2 tsps lemon juice
- 3 sprigs Basil (leaves torn off)

Preparation steps
1.
Cut the tops off the tomatoes and scoop out the center, including the seeds. Season the insides with salt and ground black pepper.
2.
Mix the cream cheese with the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Spoon the mixture into a piping bag with a star-shaped nozzle and pipe the mixture into each tomato.
3.
Place the lids on top of the tomatoes and arrange on a plate.
Serve garnished with basil leaves and seasoned with pepper.
