1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 shallot
1 garlic clove
6 black Olives (pitted)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse tomatoes and cut lids off, scoop pulp with a teaspoon. Drain on paper towels, placing opening downwards.

2.

Whisk cream cheese with quark, heavy cream and lemon juice. Peel shallot and chop finely. Chop olives finely. Add both to cheese mixture. Peel garlic and squeeze through a garlic press, add to cheese mixture and season with salt and pepper.

3.

Stuff tomatoes with cheese mixture and garnish with basil and olives. Serve.
