- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 small Zucchini
- 1 Beefsteak tomato
- 1 bunch Basil
- 150 grams sliced Gruyere
- salt
- freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F). Rinse the tomato and cut into slices. Rinse the zucchini and slice thinly. Spread the butter onto the bread slices and top with the tomato and zucchini slices.

Season with salt and pepper and top with the sliced cheese. Bake for 5 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Cut each piece of toast in half diagonally and garnish with fresh basil.
