- 3 Tbsps prepared Horseradish
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 3 Tbsps scallions (green onion)
- freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)
- 8 slices Multigrain bread (may substitute your favorite)
- 8 ozs deli Roast beef (sliced)
- 8 slices fresh Zucchini (sliced into thin ribbons)
- 2 fresh Tomatoes (thinly sliced)
- 1 cup mixed spring greens (lettuce)
- 1 small Red onion (peeled and thinly sliced)

1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Non-stick pan, 1 Pot, 1 Sieve, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Peeler
Preparation steps

Combine mayonnaise, horseradish, Dijon mustard and green onion and pepper in a small bowl. Spread a generous amount on 4 slices of bread. Top with roast beef, zucchini, tomato slices, lettuce, sliced onions and remaining bread slice. Serve.
