2 garlic cloves (chopped)
1 Diced tomatoes
3 Tbsps Gravy
1 generous pinch lemon zest
salt
peppers
1 tsp butter

Preparation steps

1.

Heat the butter in a pan, and sauté the onions and garlix. Add the tomatoes to a blender, and coarsely chop. 

2.

Add the tomatoes and the gravy to the onion mixture. Cover the pan and simmer for 5 minutes. Season the sauce to taste with salt, pepper, and lemon zest.
