Tomato Pizza Slices

- 400 grams double grip Pastry flour
- 30 grams Yeast
- 1 pinch sugar
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 2 tsps salt
- 250 milliliters warm water
- Basil pesto (from a jar)
- 200 grams Feta
- 2 yellow Bell pepper
- 250 grams Cherry tomatoes
- salt

Preparation steps
Knead flour, yeast, sugar, olive oil, salt and water to an elastic dough. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 60 minutes.
Brush a baking sheet with oil and preheat the oven to 250°C (approximately 475°F). Knead the dough again on a floured work surface and roll out vigorously with a rolling pin so that it fits the size of the baking sheet.
Rinse bell peppers, cut in half, remove seeds and cut into very wide strips. Rinse and halve the cherry tomatoes. Spread on Tthe dough 2-3 tbsp of pesto thinly and sprinkle with bell peppers and cherry tomatoes until uniformly covered. Season well with salt and pepper. Crumble the feta cheese and bake until golden brown in a hot oven (convection 250°C) (approximately 475°F) about15-20 minutes. Cut into rectangular pieces and serve immediately.
