- For the pizza base
- 2 cups Bread flour
- 1 sachet instant Yeast
- ⅞ cup warm water
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- For the topping
- ⅔ cup tomato passata
- 4 spicy Sausage (removed from their skins and crumbled)
- 1 small onion (thinly sliced)
- 1 red pepper (deseeded and sliced)
- 1 green pepper (deseeded and sliced)
- 1 cup Mozzarella (sliced)

1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Pot mit Deckel, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Measuring cups, 1 großer Pot, 1 Sieve, 1 große Non-stick pan
Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oven to 230ºC (210º fan) 450ºF, gas mark 8. Grease two baking sheets.

Mix the flour with the yeast in a large bowl and pour in the warm water and olive oil. Mix to a soft dough, cover with a clean tea towel and set aside in a warm place for 20 minutes.
3.
Divide the dough into two pieces and roll each one on a floured board as thinly as possible. Transfer the dough onto the greased baking sheets.
4.
Spread the passata onto the pizza bases and scatter over the sausage meat, onions, peppers and mozzarella. Bake in the oven for 15 - 20 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the crust is golden brown.
