Ingredients

For the dough
20 grams Yeast
1 pinch sugar
450 grams Pastry flour
4 Tbsps olive oil
1 tsp salt
For the topping
1 can peeled Tomatoes
250 grams Mozzarella
4 Tbsps olive oil
4 sprigs rosemary
each a teaspoon oregano and Basil
1 dried, red chili pepper
Pastry flour (for the work surface)

Preparation steps

1.

For the dough, dissolve the yeast in 200 ml (approximately 3/4 cup) lukewarm water. Stir in the sugar.

Combine in a bowl the flour, olive oil and salt. Mix together with the yeast and process everything into a smooth dough. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour.

Divide the dough into four portions and roll out into oval shapes on a lightly floured surface. ,Transfer to a baking sheet.

Drain tomatoes, mash with a fork, spread on the pizzas.

Cut mozzarella into thin slices and place on the tomato. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with herbs.

4.

Sprinkle with red chili pepper and drizzle with olive oil. Bake in an oven preheated to 225°C (approximately 440°F) for 15 minutes.
