2 garlic cloves
3 Tbsps olive oil
1 bunch ground Basil
150 grams grated Gouda

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the tomatoes, pat dry, cut into wedges and remove the seeds.

2.

Arrange them fanwise in a baking dish, shower some cheese on top and season with salt, pepper and crushed garlic. Repeat with layers of tomatoes and cheese until all the ingredients are used up.

3.

Shower with basil and another layer of cheese. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for about 25 minutes at 175ºC (approximately 350ºF).

Serve immediately.
