Preparation steps

Preheat the grill and toast the baguette slice for around 4 minutes.

Remove from the grill and drizzle with olive oil.

Place the tomatoes, spring onions, garlic and the olives in a bowl and season with lemon juice, salt and ground black pepper. Stir in the basil and spread onto the baguette slices.
