Preparation steps

1.

Peel the radish and thinly slice crosswise, then salt well. Rinse the parsley, remove the leaves, and divide onto plates. Rinse and dry the tomatoes, then cut into slices.

Rinse the radish in cold water, then pat dry. Arrange in a circle over the parsley, alternating between the radish and the tomato. Mix the ingredients for the dressing. Drizzle over the plates, and serve.
