- 250 grams Crème fraiche
- 4 sheets gelatin
- 250 grams cooked ham (lean)
- 1 Tbsp parsley (finely chopped)
- 2 tsps Mustard
- salt
- peppers
- 2 tsps Horseradish (grated fresh or from a jar)
- 150 grams Whipped cream
- toasted white bread

Preparation steps
1.
Soak the gelatin in cold water. Mix creme fraiche until smooth.
2.
Dissolve the soaked gelatin dripping wet in a small saucepan over low heat and thoroughly mix with the cream fraiche.
3.
The add finely chopped ham, parsley and spices and mix well. Season to taste.
4.
Whip cream until stiff and fold in. Set for approximately 3 hours in the refrigerator.
5.
Portion out the mousse with two spoons and serve on toasted white bread.
