- 12 eggs
- 1 cup Tuna
- 1 ¼ cups Vegetables
- 1 cup canned Sweet corn
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 3 Chives
- salt
- peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Flake the tuna in bite size pieces. Heat the vegetables with the corn on low heat. Chop the chives.
2.
Break the eggs and whisk in an omelet. Season with salt and pepper.
3.
Heat the oil in an anti adhesive pan. Let the eggs cook for 2 minutes. Garnish with the vegetables and the tuna.
4.
Fold in half and continue cooking for approx. 4 minutes. Serve garnished with the chives.
