Ingredients

- 4 Steak fillet (each 140 grams)
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- salt
- 200 grams Rice noodles
- 1 Mango
- 2 chili peppers
- 1 carrot
- 1 Zucchini
- 100 grams Sprout
- 100 grams Napa cabbage
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
- 2 Tbsps Rice vinegar
- 2 Tbsps light soy sauce
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 3 Tbsps sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp freshly chopped cilantro
Preparation steps
Rinse steaks and pat dry, season with salt and cook in hot vegetable oil on each side 2-3 minutes until done to your preference. Remove from pan and let rest.
Prepare the pasta according to instructions on the package. Peel the mango, remove core and cut the flesh into wedges. Rinse, trim and chop the chiles. Peel the carrot and grate finely. Rinse the zucchini, trim and cut into thin strips. Rinse the sprouts and drain well. Rinse the cabbage, trim and also cut or slice into thin strips. Peel the garlic, chop finely, then combine with the ginger, rice vinegar, soy sauce, sugar and sesame oil. Combine the mango, chilli, carrots, zucchini, sprouts and cabbage, season with salt and leave for at least 30 minutes. Then stir in the noodles, cut the meat into thin strips, add meat and at the end stir in the cilantro. Season with salt and serve.
