Tagliatelle with Garlic-cream Sauce
- 500 grams Tagliatelle
- 80 grams Parmesan (freshly grated)
- 1 bunch parsley (chopped)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 100 milliliters Chicken broth
- 150 milliliters Whipped cream
- 2 Tbsps butter
- Red pepper flakes
- Sea salt

Cook tagliatelle in salted boiling water until al dente, according to package directions.
Peel and finely chop garlic. In a pan, sauté garlic in melted butter. Add broth. Stir in cream and simmer briefly. Stir in half of the Parmesan. Add pasta, still dripping wet. Season with red pepper flakes and sea salt and divide among warmed bowls. Serve sprinkled with remaining Parmesan and parsley.
