- 1 Tbsp pickled green peppers
- 1 Tbsp chopped parsley

Preparation steps
For the steaks: Rinse the steaks and pat dry. Place the steaks in a dish. In a bowl, whisk the oil with the wine and lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Pour over the steaks. Refrigerate the steaks, turning once, for 2 hours. Remove from the refrigerator 2 hours before cooking. Remove the steaks from the marinade and pat dry.
Heat some butter in a skillet set over high heat. Add the steaks and sear until golden on both sides. Reduce the temperature and continue cooking the steaks for 10-15 minutes, or until desired doneness. Remove from heat, cover and rest for 5 minutes.
For the French fries: Cook the French fries according to the package instructions.
For the tomatoes: Heat the oven to 200°C (approximately 390°F). Place the tomatoes in a baking dish and roast for 5-8 minutes.
For serving: Serve the steaks on plates garnished with the green peppercorns, parsley and scallions. Serve with the French fries and tomatoes.
