300 grams Boy Chard leaf
100 grams fresh, thick, green Beans
1 garlic clove
1 Tbsp White vinegar
2 Tbsps lemon juice
4 Tbsps olive oil
salt
freshly ground peppers
50 grams pecorino romano (one piece)
½ bunch Chervil

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the chard and spin dry, and tear into bite-size pieces.

Peel garlic.

3.

Blanch the beans in a pot of boiling salted water 2-3 minutes. Drain, rinse under cold water and drain well.

4.

Squeeze the garlic through a garlic press into a bowl and whisk in the vinegar lemon juice and oil and season with salt and pepper.

5.

In a bowl, toss together the chard, beans and dressing and arrange on plates. Shave the pecorino over the top and serve garnished with chervil.
