Preparation steps

Rinse swiss chard, remove tough stems and cut everything into strips. Rinse tomatoes, remove stem and cut into pieces. Peel onion and chop. Heat oil in a pan and saute onion until translucent. Add swiss chard and cook briefly. Add tomatoes and let simmer for about 10 minutes while stirring occasionally.

Cook pasta in a pot of salted water until al dente.

Season swiss chard mixture with lemon juice, sugar, salt and cayenne pepper. Add drained pasta to the pan (if needed, add a little pasta water), mix and arrange on plates. Serve with Parmesan.
