Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and spin dry swiss chard. Whisk vinegar with mustard and oil, season with salt, pepper and sugar. 

2.

Peel eggs and arrange chard and eggs on 2 plates. Spread caviar on eggs and drizzle chard with the dressing. Garnish with chervil sprigs and serve.
