4 ½ ozs Milk chocolate (30% cocoa solids chopped)
4 ½ ozs Dark chocolate (70% cocoa solids chopped)
2 ½ ozs white chocolate (chopped)
1 cup mixed Nut (pecans, almonds, etc.)
½ cup Berry (strawberries, raspberries, etc.)
¼ cup Seed (sunflower, pumpkin, etc.)

Preparation steps

1.
Line a large tray with non-stick baking paper.
2.
Put each type of chocolate into separate heatproof bowls and place over a pan of simmering (not boiling) water until the chocolate has melted.
3.
Put spoonfuls of each chocolate onto the tray into rounds. Swirl lightly together to give a marbled effect. Top with the nuts, seeds and berries as you go along.
4.
Leave to set at room temperature.
