50 grams butter
250 milliliters milk

1 centiliter Whiskey

Preparation steps

Rinse the potatoes and steam for 30 minutes.

Peel the sweet potatoes, pass through a ricer, and let dry slightly. Add 40 g (approximatel 1 1/2 ounces) of butter, in pieces, to the sweet potatoes. Gradually incorporate enough of the hot milk into the mixture to form a creamy puree. Season to taste with salt, cayenne pepper, and nutmeg. Mix in the whiskey, and stir until combined. Place in a small bowl, garnish with some butter, and serve.
