20 grams butter
1 tsp dried marjoram

Preparation steps

1.

Peel, rinse and dice sweet potatoes. Peel and dice onion. In a pot, cook sweet potatoes and onion in melted butter. Add marjoram and season with salt and pepper. Add broth, bring to a boil, cover and simmer about 10 minutes.

Rinse, trim and cut beans diagonally into small pieces. Roughly puree soup. Stir in sour cream. Add beans and simmer about 15 minutes.

Cut bacon into strips. In a frying pan, fry bacon until crispy.

4.

Season soup to taste, divide among bowls, and serve sprinkled with bacon and parsley leaves.
