20 grams butter
1 tsp dried marjoram

500 grams Green beans
150 grams Sour cream
150 grams Bacon

Preparation steps

1.

Peel, rinse and dice the sweet potatoes. Peel and dice the onion. Saute the sweet potatoes and onion in hot butter. Add the marjoram and season with salt and pepper. Pour in the broth, bring to a boil, cover and simmer for about 10 minutes.

Rinse the green beans and cut into small pieces. Puree the soup. Stir in the sour cream, add the green beans and simmer for abou 15 minutes.

3.

Cut the bacon into strips. Fry until crispy.

4.

Season the soup. Serve sprinkled with bacon and parsley.
