2 tsps Bourbon vanilla
1 cup Blackberry

Preparation steps

Place the milk, pears and vanilla in a blender and puree well. Pour the mixture into four tall glasses.

Puree the blackberries and then sieve. Pour 1-2 tbsp blackberry puree decoratively into the milkshakes and serve ice cold.
