- 40 grams dried Cranberry (coarsely chopped)
- 60 grams Peanuts (unsalted and coarsely chopped)
- 120 grams butter
- 150 grams sugar
- 1 egg
- 150 grams Pastry flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp ground Nutmeg
- 1 organic Orange (zest)
- 80 grams Oats

Preparation steps
1.
Beat the butter and sugar until creamy. Stir in the egg. Add the flour, baking powder, spices and orange zest. Knead into a smooth dough. Fold in the oats, cranberries and peanuts.

Use a teaspoon to heap portions of the dough onto a lined baking sheet. Roll each portion into a ball. Bake for about 15 minutes at 180°C (approximately 350°F). Remove from the oven, let cool and serve.
