1 flache Casserole dish (30x20 cm), 1 Tablespoon, 1 Brush, 1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Large knife, 1 Peeler, 1 Paper towel, 1 Teaspoon, 1 großer Pot mit Deckel, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Pot, 1 Fork zum Pellen, 1 Potato masher, 1 Fine grater

Preparation steps

1.
Heat the oven to 180°C (160° fan) 350°F gas 4. Line 2 baking trays with non-stick baking paper.
2.
Put the flour and orange zest into a mixing bowl and work in the butter.
3.
Add the sugar and mix with your hands to form a stiff dough.
4.
Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to about 5mm|1/4" thickness and sprinkle with grated chocolate. Cut into rounds with a crimped edged cookie cutter.
5.
Place on the baking trays and bake for 8-10 minutes until golden. Cool on the baking trays for a few minutes, then place on a wire rack to cool completely.
6.
Sift the icing sugar into a bowl and gradually beat in enough water until thick enough to coat the back of a spoon.
7.
Spread a little icing on the centre of each biscuit and leave to set.
