1 lemon

150 grams Pastry flour

Preparation steps

1.

Soften butter at room temperature. Rinse lemon in hot water, grate zest and add zest to butter. Whisk with an electric mixer until fluffy. Add an egg, flour and quark and mix until smooth, let rest for about 30 minutes.

Rinse and dry blueberries. Shape dough into a roll and cut into 12-16 slices. Flatten slightly and top each slice with berries. Shape into balls and cook in boiling water for about 10 minutes or until dumplings float up to the surface. Strain and serve.
