4 Pork cutlets (such as from the loin)
1 yellow onion
150 grams Broccoli
1 small, red Bell pepper
1 small, yellow Bell pepper
1 little, green Bell pepper
1 Zucchini
50 grams Snow peas
100 grams green Thai asparagus
2 cooked day before potatoes
250 grams
salt
Peanut oil (for wok)
1 tsp brown sugar
freshly ground peppers
1 tsp Curry powder
4 Tbsps soy sauce
1 tsp cornstarch
sweet and spicy Chili sauce (to taste)

Preparation steps

Cut pork cutlets into thin strips. Peel onion and cut into thin half-rings. Rinse broccoli and divide into small florets. Rinse bell peppers, halve and remove seeds and ribs, cut into strips. Rinse zucchini, trim both ends and cut into 4-5 cm (approximately 2 inch) long strips. Rinse snow peas, trim ends and halve large peas. Rinse Thai asparagus and cut into halves or thirds, depending on size. Peel potatoes and cut into medium pieces.

Cook rice according to package instructions in salted water for about 8 minutes. Heat oil in a wok and cook pork until golden brown, stirring. Push meat to the edge and add more oil, add all the vegetables and saute for 3-5 minutes, stirring. Season with sugar, salt, pepper, curry and soy sauce. Mix cornstarch with a little water adn add to the wok. Mix well and cook until sauce thickens. Season with chili sauce.

Drain rice and allow water to evaporate shortly. Serve pork accompanied with rice.
