unwaxed lemon (sliced)

Mint sprig (to garnish)

Preparation steps

Pour 800 ml boiling water over the mint sprigs and the tea leaves. Leave to steep for 8-10 min.
2.
Sieve and stir in the lemon slices and the honey and leave to cool. Transfer to glasses along with the ice cubes and serve garnished with a sprig of mint.
