- 150 grams Goat cheese
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp olive oil (extra virgin)
- salt
- peppers
- 350 grams red mild Peperoncino

Preparation steps
1.
Peel garlic and finely chop. Mix goat cheese with garlic, lemon juice and oil and season with salt and pepper.

Cut the top of the chile away and remove the core. Fill with the goat cheese mixture and serve in bowls.
