- 500 grams Pimiento pepper (mildly spicy Spanish dwarf peppers)
- 1 generous pinch ground Fennel
- 8 Tbsps olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves (peeled and halved)
- coarse Sea salt

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse pimientos and wipe dry. Pour the olive oil in a pan. Add the fennel, garlic pieces and pimientos and saute for 2 minutes while stirring.
2.
Arrange on plates and sprinkle with coarse sea salt. Serve lukewarm.
