500 grams Pimiento pepper (mildly spicy Spanish dwarf peppers)
1 generous pinch ground Fennel
8 Tbsps olive oil
2 garlic cloves (peeled and halved)
coarse Sea salt

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse pimientos and wipe dry. Pour the olive oil in a pan. Add the fennel, garlic pieces and pimientos and saute for 2 minutes while stirring.

Arrange on plates and sprinkle with coarse sea salt. Serve lukewarm.
