150 grams Goat cheese
1 Tbsp chopped mixed Fresh herbs (Marjoram, thyme)
salt
freshly ground peppers
1 Tbsp vegetable oil

Preparation steps

1.

Slice a pocket into the pork lengthwise but do not cut all the way through. Mix goat cheese with herbs, salt and pepper and place filling in the pocket. Tie with kitchen twine and brush with oil.

Grill on a preheated barbecue grill for 12 minutes, turning frequently. To serve, remove the kitchen twine, cut the tenderloin into slices and serve with a salad, if desired.
