- 10 eggs
- 150 milliliters milk
- butter
- salt
- peppers
- Nutmeg (freshly grated)
- 150 grams Mountain cheese
- 200 grams button Mushroom
- 4 thick slices Bacon
- vegetable oil
- 4 scallions (sliced into rings)
Preparation steps
1.
Mix eggs vigorously and stir in milk. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Rinse mushrooms and cut into slices. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan and saute mushrooms until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper.

Cut bacon into strips and fry in a hot pan on all sides.

Grate cheese.

Heat 1 teaspoon butter in a small pan. Bake 4-6 omelettes until golden on both sides over medium heat. Place cooked omelettes on plates and fill with cheese, bacon, scallions and mushrooms. Fold over, season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
