This alcohol-free punch is a deliciously light refreshment on warm spring days for young and old. Biotin from the strawberries strengthens hair and nails and makes the skin glow.
If you want to save a little sugar, you can omit the agave syrup and reduce the amount of apple juice.

- 1 handful Woodruff
- 500 grams Strawberries
- 40 grams sugar
- 1 lemon (juiced)
- 750 milliliters dry white wine
- 750 milliliters dry Sparkling wine
- Woodruff (for garnish)
Preparation steps

Rinse the woodruff and drain throughly. Tie together, hang upside down, and let dry for 1 hour. Rinse, trim, and chop the strawberries. Mix the strawberries with the sugar, lemon juice, and 500 ml (approximately 17 ounces) of white wine. Submerge the woodruff into the mixture. Cover, and let infuse for 1 hour in the refrigerator.

Remove the woodruff, and add the remaining wine and chilled champagne. Garnish with fresh woodruff leaves, and serve.
