Strawberries are real vitamin packages, because they are full of vitamin C, K and folate. Together with the iron they contain, this is a good combination for healthy blood formation.

The lettuce with strawberries tastes just as delicious if you replace the sheep's cheese with mozzarella. You can also vary the herbs. Parsley, cress or even mint also go well with the salad.

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and trim the lettuce and tear into bite-sized pieces. Rinse and halve the strawberries.

2.

Cut the feta cheese into small cubes. Rinse the cucumber, cut into slices and then into quarters.

3.

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and gently mix together.

4.

Mix the peanut butter and the crème fraîche and season well with lemon juice, salt and pepper.

5.

Drizzle the dressing over the salad and mix gently before serving.
