- 1 cup Strawberries (hulled)
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsps lemon juice
- ½ cup Feta (crumbled)
- 20 mint (torn)

1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Small skillet, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 große beschichtete Skillet, 1 Slotted spatula, 1 Baking sheet, 1 Parchment paper, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Paper towel
Preparation steps
1.
Bring a large pan of salted water to the boil and add the pasta. Cook according to the packet instructions, for about 10 minutes until al dente, tender yet still with a slight bite.
2.
Cut the hulled strawberries into quarters.
3.
Drain the pasta and run under cold water. Put into 4 bowls.
4.
Pour over the olive oil and lemon juice and mix together.
5.
Crumble over the cheese, scatter over the strawberries and mint leaves and serve within a couple of hours.
