Preparation steps

1.

Peel the pineapple and cut into quarters lengthwise, remove the stalk and cut the flesh into pieces. Rinse the strawberries, trim and halve or quarter, depending on size. Puree about 100 grams (approximately 1/2 cup) of strawberries with honey and lemon juice. (If desired, strain through a strainer).

2.

Distribute the remaining fruit into bowls, drizzle the sauce, garnish with lemon balm and serve.
